Important Admission Notice:
- Admission Voucher: Please present your email confirmation and QR Code upon admission. Staff will scan the QR Code at the entrance to ensure quick and smooth entry.

- Admission Time: 40 minutes before the performance starts.
- Doors Closing Time: Doors will close promptly 10 minutes before the performance starts, and admission will be declined after closing. Latecomers may apply to exchange for another session. Tickets are strictly non-refundable once sold.
- Seating Arrangement: Seats will be allocated according to the zone selected at the time of purchase, and seating within the same zone is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Audience Etiquette: Please maintain silence throughout the performance. Please set smartphones and electronic devices to silent or power them off to jointly preserve this precious musical atmosphere.
- Age Restriction: Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted; thank you for your understanding.
- Once the event ticket information and admission confirmation code (if applicable) are deleted, modified, or tampered with, they shall immediately become invalid and void. In the event of any loss, damage, defacement, forgery, theft, fraud, or unauthorized use, the organizer will not assume any responsibility or reissue tickets. Any photocopies and screenshots will be deemed invalid. In case of any dispute, the records of the organizer shall prevail, and the organizer reserves the final decision.
