John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)

For terminal 1, 7, or 8 please go to the ground transportation welcome center and look for the Golden Touch Transportation Podium/agents with your voucher
For terminal 4 please go to the Express Bus Agent Kiosk. You will need to pass the Ground Transportation Desk, and you will find it to the left of the Rolex clock
For all other terminals, please take JFK's free monorail to terminals 1, 4, 7, or 8

Voucher Redemption Location

Terminal 1: Ground Transporation Welcome Desk is directly on the left once you leave the secure area
Terminal 4: Walk past the Ground Transportation Welcome Desk. The Express Bus Agent Kiosk will be to the left of the Rolex Clock
Terminal 7: Turn right once you leave the secure area, and the Ground Transportation Welcome Desk will be on the left
Terminal 8- International Flights: Turn right once you leave the secure area (U-turn around the ropes), and the Ground Transportation Welcome Desk will be on the left
Terminal 8- Domestic: The Ground Transportation Welcome Desk is directly across from the secure area exit

LaGuardia Airport (LGA)

For terminal B, C, or D please go to the ground transportation welcome center and look for the Golden Touch Transportation Podium/agents with your voucher
For all other terminals, please take a walk to terminal B, C, or D

JFK Terminal 1- Welcome Desk is directly on the left once you leave the secure area

JFK Terminal 4- Walk past the Ground Transportation Desk. The Express Bus Agent Kiosk will be to the left of the Rolex Clock

JFK Terminal 7- Turn right once you leave the secure area, and the Welcome Desk will be on your left

JFK Terminal 8 Domestic Arrivals- The desk is directly across from the secure area's exit

JFK Terminal 8 International Arrivals- Take a right turn once you leave the secure area and you will walk through the Welcome Center
