- Doune Castle may be closed on certain dates, including April and May, due to estate activities and filming schedules. During these closures, the tour will visit Linlithgow Palace instead (Exterior visit only). Linlithgow Palace is the birthplace of Mary Queen of Scots and also a filming location featured in Outlander
- The tour are unable to hold the bus or refund for any late arrivals
- Return times are approximate and subject to road conditions and weather. Please ensure you allocate sufficient time for any onward travel plans, allowing at least 3 hours after the scheduled return time for connections or activities
- All attractions are subject to availability. Third party suppliers have the right to close attractions/suspend operations at any time
- Please note that the operator cannot guarantee that people who have booked together will be seated together; the operator do not allocate seats
- It is very important to return to the coach on time at itinerary stops. Your guide will display the time that the bus departs on a clock that will be visible
- Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark
- Highland hotels and guesthouses do not have lifts/elevators. Guests should be able to walk up steps in order to access rooms
- The summer and winter itinerary vary slightly
- Due to vehicle availability, there may be instances where this tour runs on a bigger bus

- Each traveller may bring 1 suitcase (Max 33lbs/15kg) and 1 carry-on
- Please note that some stops on the tours may involve rough terrain or only be accessible by steps and it's important to be aware that your accommodation may have limited accessibility for wheelchair users
- While the operator's coaches don't offer onboard toilets, rest assured that the itineraries include regular comfort stops, allowing frequent access to restroom facilities
