The Crispy Roast Pork with Thai Dip was delicious. The crackling was crispy but not hard and there was not too much fat compared with the amount of meat. It was a very tasty dish. There were giveaways once you completed the activities at the open house, such as a tote bag. Printed itineraries for the major cities of Thailand were also available.

It was definitely a good experience to head over to the Uncle G's Handmade stall at the Klook Thai Open House in Plaza Singapura, Singapore. To add on to my main dish, I have decided to purchase the most popular food from the stall, which is the crispy roast pork with Thai dip. I really like that the meats were fresh, juicy, generous and delicious. Part of me was enjoying the thick and juicy taste from the meat, another part of me was feeling guilty of consuming high content of oily and fried food.
