Auckland Blue Spring & Waiotapu National Park Tour

I've visited almost all the attractions around Rotorua, such as Waiotapu Thermal Wonderland, Blue Spring, Huka Falls, and Lake Taupo. What left the deepest impression were Blue Spring and Huka Falls, with their incredibly pristine water and air quality. I really loved these two spots.

The service quality is excellent, and the travel agency is responsible and diligent; all the attractions were amazing.

Tony is a very friendly and experienced professional driver-guide. The vehicle was also very comfortable and clean, so even after several hours of long-distance travel, it didn't feel tiring. The day's itinerary was well-planned and comprehensive. I'm very glad I chose this package; I'm extremely satisfied! 😃

The driver could be more informative and pro-active during the trip. But overall we have been to many places that are amazing and beautiful.

Got to see many sceneries not available in the city. Pickup and drop-off was convenient. The guide was good, bilingual, and brought us to many different locations, though you may have more trouble if you don't speak Mandarin.

Our guide was incredibly reliable, picking us up and dropping us off right on time, and the car was clean and tidy. His driving was smooth and steady, which was very reassuring given the many winding roads in New Zealand. Having lived in Auckland for many years, he knows all the popular spots. Not only did he take us to the same locations seen in the variety show, but he also discovered many lesser-known photo spots, offering composition tips on the fly—he's practically a part-time photographer! 📸 The itinerary was flexible; it was easy to communicate if we wanted to stay longer for photos or make last-minute route changes, and there was no forced shopping throughout the trip! Communication in Chinese was seamless. He shared insights into local customs and culture along the way and recommended restaurants frequented by locals, helping us avoid tourist traps. He was patient and attentive throughout, promptly responding to any needs, allowing us to explore Auckland with ease. For those traveling independently in New Zealand who don't want to drive or can't drive, I wholeheartedly recommend this guide! It was a super refreshing Auckland trip, truly recommended!

Our tour guide knew many great photo spots. Although the Blue Springs weren't as blue as I expected, the scenery on the waterfall tour afterward was beautiful. The car was very comfortable, and the guide drove smoothly. I slept very well on the way back.

The tour itself was wonderful, and the itinerary and places we visited were absolutely beautiful and very well chosen. I really enjoyed the scenery and the overall route of the trip. However, I felt that the driver/guide could have been a little more accommodating. At one point, I asked if I could get some water, but I was told that we would stop in about an hour and a half at lunchtime. Waiting that long for water was quite difficult for me, especially during a full-day tour. I would also like to offer one suggestion for the future: I believe a tour guide should share information about the places we visit and interact with the guests along the way, rather than mainly providing transportation from one location to another. A little more commentary and information would have made such a beautiful itinerary much more interesting and memorable.
