Today, friends celebrated my birthday. Hearing about this experience from a radio host, I immediately rushed to buy tickets. Both the reception staff and the tour guide were very friendly. Riding the tram from Sai Wan to Causeway Bay while enjoying local Hong Kong delicacies in air-conditioned comfort is definitely worthy of praise. I am very satisfied with this trip; the one hour passed by so quickly, the food selection was excellent, and I didn't even need lunch—I was completely full! I highly recommend it to my friends to learn more about our home, Hong Kong. The only dissatisfaction was that no one answered the merchant's phone number, which caused inconvenience and a lot of time spent looking for the route.
It was a very satisfying and enjoyable experience. We got to ride in an air-conditioned tram, with food provided, and comfortably admire the scenery along the way. Our tour guide, Michael, was very professional, and the staff were also very friendly. If the journey had been a bit longer, we would have had more time to enjoy the snacks.
Klook was so professional that they even had a doctor as a tour guide explaining Hong Kong Island's history, while fresh food was delivered to us along the way. Every dish was delicious, but with seven different items, it was truly a feast, and we couldn't finish it all. I never expected to be able to eat on a tram, which made the food exceptionally good 😋 My daughter and I were both very impressed ❤️ Everyone should stay in Hong Kong more often to support local businesses and experience the authentic food and atmosphere. After all, Hong Kong's local delicacies are the best ❤️❤️❤️

There weren't many people, the air conditioning was on, and the seating was comfortable. The tour guide was very engaging, chatting with us and making the tour enjoyable.
