It was a very satisfying and enjoyable experience. We got to ride in an air-conditioned tram, with food provided, and comfortably admire the scenery along the way. Our tour guide, Michael, was very professional, and the staff were also very friendly. If the journey had been a bit longer, we would have had more time to enjoy the snacks.
Klook was so professional that they even had a doctor as a tour guide explaining Hong Kong Island's history, while fresh food was delivered to us along the way. Every dish was delicious, but with seven different items, it was truly a feast, and we couldn't finish it all. I never expected to be able to eat on a tram, which made the food exceptionally good 😋 My daughter and I were both very impressed ❤️ Everyone should stay in Hong Kong more often to support local businesses and experience the authentic food and atmosphere. After all, Hong Kong's local delicacies are the best ❤️❤️❤️

There weren't many people, the air conditioning was on, and the seating was comfortable. The tour guide was very engaging, chatting with us and making the tour enjoyable.

As a local, I bought this tour package because I got tickets for BIG BANG, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it quite interesting. The female tour guide shared information about the scenery visible on the eastbound tram route and also shared some fun facts. Younger generations who are curious about old Hong Kong should definitely join this. The food and drinks were okay, and there are some differences in the food offerings between the eastbound and westbound trips. The tram's interior decoration is quite nice, and it's air-conditioned so it's very comfortable. I should have the opportunity to try the westbound trip too! Overall, it was a great experience and well-suited for anyone looking to chill out in their free time while enjoying a little bit of a cultural tour!
