I got the Alcazar and Flamenco via klook pass. It was nice because I saved some money instead of booking the 2 activities individually. Alcazar was big make sure to bring your passport/ID and water during the summer season as it gets really hot. We also enjoyed the Flamenco show during our last day in Seville.

Used the Klook pass to book the Cathedral and Alcazar in Seville. Was really easy to book the dates and times we wanted for these two attractions in Seville. Just make sure to book as early as possible because some days and times weren't available as I booked a week before my intended visit.

Scanning the QR code for timely entry is excellent, as it avoids the possibility of tickets being sold out on-site or the hardship of waiting in line under the hot sun. The entrance to the Cathedral is clearly marked on the ticket, but the entrance to the Royal Alcázar (Lion Gate) is not specified on the ticket, meaning taking a different bus might lead to a longer route. Both the Cathedral & Giralda Tower and the Royal Alcázar are absolutely spectacular and worth allocating extra time to explore at a leisurely pace.

The moment you arrive in Córdoba and set foot on the ancient Roman bridge, you are transported back in time. The Mezquita-Catedral (Great Mosque-Cathedral) was no different. You can really sense the rich history behind each stone and tile and a place of worship in full spendor.

What do "activation validity" and "usage validity" mean?

Activation validity: Activate your pass by making your first reservation within 60 days from the pass booking confirmation date

Usage validity: Once you've made you first reservation (activating your pass), you would then have 90 days to reserve the rest of your activities

Can I cancel and refund my pass booking?

  • Yes, you can request to cancel and refund your klook pass booking at any time before you make your first reservation and within the activiation validity
  • Please note: No refunds can be made once the pass has expired. If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one activity or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

Can I amend my reservation date for the activities in the pass?

No, once your activity reservation has been made, you cannot amend your activity reservation dates or timeslots. Please make sure that you have selected the correct dates and time
