Similar to the previous comment, the ticket I bought stated 'any time, any terminal,' but it actually turned out to be for Terminal 3. Most people land at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 4, so this is a scam. When I inquired at the counter, the ticket was pre-set for 10:30 PM. If the previous shuttle was full, I would have to wait for the next one. I landed at 1:30 AM, and if I missed the 2:30 AM shuttle, I would be stuck at the airport until morning. It was only after much pleading that the counter staff agreed to exchange my ticket. Please remove this terrible ticket option.
There was no mention that we needed to reserve a specific bus time, so we waited for over an hour and a half. The local staff were also unhelpful, only saying "next bus." It's essential to state that a time reservation is required at the ticket center.
they said I have to go terminal 3 to take the bus, they made it complicated my air plane landing at terminal 4
