# Review: Klook e‑SIM ‑ Smooth, Stress‑Free Connectivity for International Travel When planning my first extended stay in Germany as a nursing apprentice, one of my biggest worries was staying connected without facing confusing local‑provider paperwork or costly international‑roaming fees. After reading mixed opinions about many digital‑SIM services, I chose to try a Klook e‑SIM package before leaving my home country ‑ and the whole experience turned out far more reliable and convenient than I expected. From pre‑departure preparation all the way through my first weeks in Bad Oeynhausen, this e‑SIM helped me stay in touch with family, complete essential online tasks and settle into my new daily routine with far less anxiety than I had feared. What makes Klook’s e‑SIM stand out is not only its simple setup process but also its thoughtful customer support, clear pricing and generally stable network performance across many parts of Germany.

Nice experience! The Vodafone DE 5G eSIM was activated instantly after purchase. I got strong signal everywhere in Germany - Berlin, Hamburg. Unlimited data for 3 days was perfect for maps and translation. Very convenient, no physical SIM needed.

Super smooth setup process! I bought this Vodafone 5G eSIM on Klook for my trip, and it worked like a charm right after landing. The QR code installation was quick and completely hassle-free. Throughout the 15 days, the 5G connection was extremely fast, stable, and reliable whether I was in major cities or moving around. Having 3GB per day was more than enough for navigation, social media, and messaging. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Germany!

The Klook SIM was surprisingly good and runs on Vodafone. I usually use O₂, but there I would have had to pay €5 for 1 GB, whereas Klook offered unlimited GB for €5. I've shown the price comparison in the photos, along with the O₂ prices from my app. Additionally, I had better reception with Klook than with my O₂ contract. Since I travel a lot, I often book Klook SIMs because they have always given me the best deal: lots of GB, a good price, and stable reception everywhere. They are perfect for internet-only use; phone calls outside of apps are not possible. That's perfectly fine for me, as I can easily make calls via WhatsApp, Instagram, KakaoTalk, and Facebook.

Installing and using the eSIM is quite easy by following the recommended method. The internet signal might not be as strong and stable as in our home country, but it's considered usable. When traveling by train, the signal might drop intermittently, but overall, I'm satisfied. If you use the unlimited plan, you don't have to worry much; you get up to 15 GB of data per day, which is usually more than enough.

3GB per day was more than enough, and it was very easy to use. I just followed the instructions step-by-step. During my trip of over ten days, I never experienced a disconnection. I also purchased eSIMs here for my two sons, but unfortunately, their phones (i15 and i16) do not support eSIMs, so they couldn't use the service.
