Booking changes policy

Redemption information

• • Group tours for 2-9 people, with a minimum of 2 people required to form a group. If only 1 person, the group will not be formed. If the group is not formed, you will be notified 48 hours before departure. If the final group size is 2 people, each person will need to pay an additional 60 New Zealand Dollars to form a private group.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off service within 3 km of Queenstown city center (centered around Novotel).
• Please consult customer service regarding pick-up and drop-off services (fees apply) outside of the 3 km radius from Queenstown center;

Usage validity

Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
• New Zealand law stipulates that children under 7 years old must use a child safety seat. Booked tourists can bring their own or request to rent our company's child safety seat for an additional fee (NZD $20 per person).
