- The Springs Preserve is a cashless venue. Guests can use valid debit or credit cards or mobile wallets
- Guests are allowed to bring outside food and nonalcoholic beverage items into the Springs Preserve for self-consumption, provided they do not require heating, reheating, processing, refrigeration, or temperature control
- Wheelchair and stroller rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- All bags, backpacks, and other packages may be subject to inspection
- Bikes, skateboards, scooters, dirt bikes, four-wheelers, or other recreational vehicles are prohibited on the Springs Preserve
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

- By bus: Take RTC Route 109 toward Spring Mountain & Washington, and get off at the Springs Preserve main entrance
