- C Plan - Small Group Tour for 9 People: ① Minimum of 2 people per booking ② Within 3km of JR Nagoya Station. Please consult customer service for bookings outside this range. ③ Small group vehicles cannot directly reach the observation deck. ④ Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Please purchase tickets according to the number of people.
- D Plan: Departure at 8:00 AM, ① First visit Shirakawa-go Gassho Village and then Takayama Old Town. ② If the 8:00 AM tour does not reach the minimum group size, your tour will be adjusted to A Plan departing at 8:30 AM. Customer service will contact you 3 days in advance to confirm.
- Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Children aged 0-3 who do not require a separate seat are free of charge. Children aged 3 and above are the same price as adults. If you have children aged 0-3 (free) traveling with you, please indicate this in the remarks when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance and there are not enough seats, the driver has the right to refuse boarding, and you will be responsible for any losses incurred. Thank you for your understanding.
- Pre-trip notification email reminder: The night before departure, from 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-trip notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, driver information, meeting point map, and related precautions. Please be sure to check it in time, and also check your spam folder. During peak season, there may be slight delays in sending emails. Thank you for your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
- Vehicle type: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small number of people are on the tour, the driver will also serve as the tour guide, providing full tour services. There will be no additional tour leader. The driver/tour guide is only responsible for the itinerary and time management. After arriving at the attraction, please feel free to visit on your own. Due to limited luggage storage space, each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. If you wish to bring a large suitcase on the bus, please inform us in the remarks column.
- This itinerary is a shared fixed itinerary. Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 15 minutes in advance. In order to avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for those who are late. Please be sure to pay attention to the tour leader's required stay and meeting times at each attraction.
- In the event of typhoons, blizzards, or other adverse weather conditions, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) as to whether to cancel the tour. You will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
- It is not possible to leave the group midway through the tour. Leaving the group midway will be regarded as abandoning the unfinished itinerary, and the fee will not be refunded. Please note that the responsibility for any accidents that occur after leaving the group or midway through the tour will be borne by the passenger.
- The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times related to the itinerary may be adjusted according to the situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (traffic congestion, weather, etc.), the tour guide will reasonably adjust the tour order with the consent of the guests, but will not reduce the number of attractions in the itinerary.
- It is recommended that the elderly, people with hypertension, heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases, and pregnant women be accompanied by family members.
- This itinerary does not accept applications from travelers under the age of 18 alone. If you need to register, please have your guardian register and participate in this itinerary together.
