We didn’t have enough energy on the way, but fortunately there was an electric motor, and there would be a cup of chocolate and pastries in the middle, and the staff would also help us take pictures, but we still haven’t received it after 10 days
The guide did an excellent job of setting us up, ensuring we’re well equipped and warm. He gave us a good brief of the various sites and history, and even prepared delicious muffins and hot drinks at secluded rest point. Highly recommended.
Due to the strong wind, the temporary tour was cancelled. It's a pity not to attend.
The scenery on both sides of the river is beautiful, and the water is very clear. The coach also interspersed the scenic spots to let us disembark and walk around, and at the end there were snacks and coffee to eat.
It was hard to row, but it was good thanks to the good view and great guide.
It was so fun and the guide was really good. Me and my family enjoyed our lovely morning on the river.
Awesome activity schedule Thanks to our leader for leading us to stop the boat by the stream to the hot spring and soak for a while before setting off. There were some episodes when people fell into the river. Our team leader saved me an oar. I ’m a bit sorry.
The canoe is super fun, and here is to experience the canoe, otherwise it is equal to never been, and the night tour feels even better.
Local company forgot to pick up and drop off! Failed to participate! KLOOK has refunded as soon as possible, and customer service is doing their best to deal with the problem.

My kayak trip got cancelled due to strong wind. Taupo Kayak Adventure is very helpful to advice alternative activities for me and agreed to refund. BUT Klook customer service is very disappointed, I left message to Klook TWICE but still got no reply and just got promotion emails and reminders for reviews.
