This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels like a scam. We were given less than 24 hours’ notice that our tour would be canceled, with no clear promise of a resolution. Company literally stopped communicating with is aftwr we requwstwd a refund! We are still waiting for a resolution from the tour company as well as Klook regarding our full refund for a tour we paid for in advance. We have not received any response from the tour provider, and while Klook has said they are “working on it,” there has been no meaningful update or resolution.
I would strongly advise against booking through this company. If I could rate it, I would give it -5 out of 5.
