Reviews
Being picked up at the hotel was reassuring. It's always a pleasure to have a Japanese guide. You can ask questions, and it just provides a sense of security. I was so impressed that lunch was Japanese food; local tourists even asked me where they could buy it. The scenery was the quintessential Grand Canyon, absolutely breathtaking. It was also helpful to have explanations about the surrounding facilities. We were warned that getting bitten by a wild squirrel could be serious, which is definitely good to know. It was also great to hear about affordable restaurants in Las Vegas after we returned.
The magnificent scenery of the Grand Canyon was so grand that I lost all sense of time. I think it would have been even better if we could have extended our lunch break by about 30 minutes, as that would have allowed us to enjoy the view a bit more leisurely.
This is a tour I definitely want to experience again. Although the travel time was long, our tour guide shared fascinating facts about not only the Grand Canyon but also various U.S. states and even tips for casinos, making the time fly by. I heard there are trekking tours at the Grand Canyon, so I'd love to join one of those next time.
It was truly wonderful. Thank you for taking the photos.
