【Pre-trip Information】

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the trip due to personal reasons (lateness/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that there will be no refunds.
• This itinerary is a fixed route group tour. The entire trip requires sharing transportation with other passengers. Parking is not allowed at will outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver and guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the trip (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace, and the driver will focus on driving, with relatively brief explanations).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays or partial changes. Passengers who need to take a flight on the same day should carefully register or allow sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra luggage, you can pay the driver/guide 2,000 yen/piece on the spot. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• This product is a seasonal cherry blossom viewing tour. Cherry blossoms are a natural landscape, and the flowering time and flower conditions are greatly affected by climate, temperature, rainfall, and other factors, which are uncertain. We cannot guarantee that the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom on the day of the visit. If the cherry blossoms have not bloomed, there are few flowers, or the flowering period has passed, the itinerary will still be carried out as normal. Such situations do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation. Please confirm before registering.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a disclaimer agreement from the staff’s email jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.

【Notes During the Trip】

• The stop time at each attraction has been optimized. Please strictly abide by the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. If there are delays or partial itinerary changes, we will not be able to request refunds or compensation. Please forgive us and understand the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic jams may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the carriage, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the trip starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (Safety responsibilities during the departure period must be borne by yourself)--
