The mini-van tour is a Chinese-speaking driver service for self-guided tours. Due to language service limitations, Japanese and English services can only provide pick-up and drop-off time reminders and explanations of corresponding scenic spot names. Pre-departure tips:

• We will send you a confirmation email after 15:00 the day before departure, including the meeting time, tour guide contact information, and vehicle license plate number. Please check it carefully (it may go to the spam mailbox).
• If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
• Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day of departure. Lateness will be regarded as automatic abandonment and no refund will be given.
• If you use WeChat/WhatsApp/LINE, you can actively add the tour guide and join the itinerary group according to the information in the email for timely communication.
• Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the trip so that the tour guide or staff can contact you in time.
• If you have motion sickness, please prepare in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
• Please take care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables; if there is any loss or damage, you will be responsible for it yourself.
• The journey is long. If there is a traffic jam, please be patient. Our company is not responsible for subsequent expenses caused by traffic jams. Thank you for your understanding.
• Infants aged 0–2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge, but must be notified in advance to avoid being rejected by the driver due to vehicle overload.
