Fee Details: Included: 2 days of vehicle use as listed in the itinerary, driver-guide service, 1 night accommodation in a private villa, Hakodateyama Ski Resort entrance ticket + cable car ticket + basic ski equipment (snowboard, snowsuit) rental. Children are the same price as adults. Not Included: All meals throughout the trip, all expenses at Okuibuki Ski Resort (entrance tickets, cable car, ski equipment rental, etc. are all to be paid on-site), personal expenses, extra baggage fees (limited to 1 free piece of luggage per person). Each person can bring 1 piece of luggage for free, regardless of size. Please specify this clearly when booking. If it is not specified at the time of booking or if the number of pieces exceeds one piece per person, an additional baggage fee of 2200 yen per piece will be charged. If the number of children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat and the number of pieces of luggage are not stated in advance, resulting in insufficient space on the vehicle and overcrowding, the driver-guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. Optional Services: Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Osaka city (+2200 yen/trip/per family). Equipment and Clothing: Essential items to bring: Ski goggles, gloves (rental is not available for hygiene reasons), warm waterproof clothing, non-slip snow boots. Ski Resort Rental: Basic equipment at Hakodateyama is already included; ski equipment at Okuibuki needs to be rented at your own expense (reference price: adult snowboard + snowsuit set approximately 7000 yen). Group Formation and Vehicle Type: This product requires a minimum of 4 people to form a group and a maximum of 9 people. 5-8 seater vehicles (such as Toyota Alphard) or 9-14 seater vehicles will be arranged according to the number of people to ensure one seat per person. Itinerary and Time: The order or timing of the itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or ski resort policies. Japanese law stipulates that drivers’ daily service time shall not exceed 10 hours, so please adhere to the meeting time. Safety and Reservations: Skiing is a high-risk sport, so it is recommended to purchase special insurance. Beginners must practice on suitable slopes. Pregnant women and people with heart disease, acrophobia, or other special conditions should not participate in this tour.
