There is no GO Airport Shuttle counter in O'Hare Airport Terminal 5. If one is arriving at Terminal 5, they have to look for the pick-up signboard which is outside the building (can be freezing cold in winter) and have to call the number provided on the sign board. Otherwise, one has to travel to other Terminal. It was quite frustrating as there was no proper instruction given on Klook voucher. For me, I asked around in Terminal 5 and finally took a transfer to Terminal 1. Then I had to wait about an hour for the transfer (YES!! an hour!!). It took me almost 3 hours from the time I land to the time I get to my hotel in Chicago.
