- We may ask you to verify your age on the day, so please bring identification that proves your age, such as a passport.
- Admission is free for children aged 0-6 (no izakaya food). This experience is suitable for people aged 7 and over. People under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please note that izakaya reservations will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the reservation time and are non-refundable. The fried dumplings on the izakaya dinner menu contain pork, and you can exchange them for fried noodles without pork. If you need to make a change, please let us know when booking.
- Izakaya meals do not include drinks. If needed, please order separately on the day. You can also order other food on the day. Additional food orders must be paid for on the day. If the restaurant is close to full and no additional food is ordered, your dining time may be limited to one hour.
- Ninja show seats cannot be specified and will be arranged by the store depending on the situation, please forgive us.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed.
- No pets are allowed, with the exception of guide dogs with identification.
