What to expect
Wuhan's first Quyishui Lanting store opened in 2016, cleverly combining the Chinese-style design of Jiangnan gardens with waterscape Zen to recreate nature. The front is minimalist, solemn and restrained, with water as a mirror, house as a pillar, and sky as a curtain, living in harmony; the interior is winding and secluded, full of the gentle Tang and Song charm of Jiangnan. The ebony-colored space is full of Zen tranquility, with slow flowing water lingering in the ears.
