【Pre-trip Information】

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the assembly point: If you do not participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (lateness/getting lost/physical discomfort, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be provided.
• This itinerary is a fixed-route group tour. Throughout the entire journey, you will be sharing transportation with other passengers. Parking outside of the attractions is not permitted.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle model with the driver acting as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the journey (in the case of a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace. The driver will focus on driving, and the explanations will be relatively brief).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. In the event of delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Travelers who need to take a flight on the same day should register with caution or allow sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For any additional luggage, you can pay JPY 2,000/piece to the driver/guide on-site. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: No later than one day before departure, please request and sign a disclaimer agreement from the staff’s email jingyu12333@163.com and return it to us to ensure travel safety.

【Important Information During the Trip】

• The length of stay at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly adhere to the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. In the event of delays or partial itinerary changes, refunds or compensation cannot be requested. Please understand and be aware of the uncertainties of the journey.
• During holidays and peak periods, traffic congestion may occur. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• In order to maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any stains are caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the trip starts, it will be regarded as an automatic abandonment of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation).
