Good to know
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, we will not wait for latecomers.
- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day prior to departure (local time 18:00) as to whether or not to cancel the tour. You will be notified of this decision by email.
- Transportation for the itinerary will be arranged based on the number of participants. For small group tours, the driver will also serve as the tour attendant to provide travel services throughout the tour. No additional tour leader will be assigned. You are welcome to explore the attractions freely after arrival. Please be aware of this.
- The tour leader will not actively contact travelers the day before departure. On the day of departure, please go to the meeting point at the designated meeting time and look for the LION TRAVEL sign to check in.
- The scheduled travel route and duration of stay are for reference only and may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, local events, restaurant reservations, changes in opening hours of attractions, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- During the experience program, bus seats and restaurant seats may need to be shared with other members of the group. The actual arrangements will be based on on-site allocation and the instructions of the tour leader. Seat selection is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
- The above itinerary arrival times are estimates only. Traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening on that day. We apologize for any delays or other situations that may arise.
- Please gather at the designated time and place. If passengers fail to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time, they will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited their itinerary and will not be entitled to a refund or compensation. Please be aware of this.
- The ripening period of fruits varies depending on the weather and it is also possible to eat fruits that have been pre-picked.
- If the weather is unfavorable or the Mount Aso Nakadake volcano alert is in effect, the duration of stay at other attractions on the itinerary will be extended as an alternative itinerary. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- Seasonal fruit picking experience tours will be organized in accordance with the fruit production season. Depending on the season and type of fruit, the farms will also be adjusted accordingly. The order of the itinerary and the duration of stay will be adjusted depending on the farm's reservation status. Please be aware of this.
- During the itinerary, please be sure to follow the safety instructions of the tour guide and staff. When a no-entry notice is issued for Mount Aso, the itinerary attractions will be appropriately adjusted for safety reasons. Thank you for your cooperation.
