- What to Wear 👟: Both major scenic spots require a lot of walking. Jiuzhaigou has undulating terrain and some slippery roads, so comfortable and non-slip sneakers are the best choice; the weather in Western Sichuan Plateau is changeable with large temperature differences between day and night, so prepare windproof and warm clothing (such as down jackets, light jackets) + rain gear, and the ultraviolet rays are super strong, so hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are essential. Remember to protect against mosquitoes in the Panda Base 🦟
- What to Bring 🎒: The journey from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou takes about 5 hours by car, so bring enough drinking water, snacks, and commonly used medicines (motion sickness medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, cold medicine);

- Avoid strenuous exercise in high altitude areas and drink more warm water (2000-3000ml per day). The elderly and children need to be accompanied by their families;
