Luggage Information
- You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the driver
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
- Wheelchairs and strollers can only be accommodated in larger vehicles; van
- Standard Luggage Size: 24 inches or 61 cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- Each additional suitcase will take up an extra seat in the vehicle
Booking Requirements
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- If a multi-day order is made separately (not ordered as a package), the user is required to pay driver accommodation costs of IDR 175K / Night.

- Service hours: 6, 10 and 12 hours, daily
- Please note: This booking is applicable for 1 day per vehicle. If you would like to take the charter for more than 1 day, please submit another booking

- Food and drinks are allowed inside the vehicle
- E.g. If you choose a packaged duration of 6 hours, you have the flexibility to travel to any destination, provided that the overall distance does not exceed 80 kilometer
- The extra mileage will apply, a surcharge of IDR 20K /10 kilometers
- The driver will show you with the initial kilometer reading upon pick-up, and will present you with the total kilometer covered at the end of the activity
- Child seats are available upon request
- Child seat: Available for children aged 0-4 or under 109cm
- One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge
- Wheelchairs can only be accommodated in larger vehicles
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Overtime surcharge of IDR 75,000 per hour
- Overtime surcharge of IDR 150,000 per hour (premium car)
- Please note: An additional charge of IDR 300,000 applies for pick-up and drop-off outside the Medan City area
- Please note: An additional charge of IDR 200,000 applies, If you choose airport pick-up at Kualanamu International Airport (KNO)
