• Notice before departure •Please ensure that the reserved communication APP can contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and tour guide information for the next day’s trip to your email before 20:00 one day before the trip. Please pay attention to check it (may be in the spam box). In order to ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the tour guide or driver in time. Thank you. •If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number for the group, you will be notified by email to cancel one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel before 18:00 local time one day before departure and notify you by email. Seats and vehicles •The itinerary is a group tour, and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please make a note. We will try our best to arrange it, but the final arrangement shall prevail on site. •The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people, and the type of vehicle cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to also serve as an attendant, and the explanation will be brief. •If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring it without permission, the tour guide has the right to refuse to board the car and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary adjustment and safety •Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be charged (5,000–10,000 yen/hour). •The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stay, and tour time may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. •If cable cars,游船, and other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, you will visit other attractions or adjust the length of stay. •Fees will not be refunded for late arrivals, temporary changes to the meeting place, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Other notes •Please arrive at the meeting place on time. We will not wait for those who are late, and you cannot join midway. •It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring your own warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.
