- Service Hours: For a one-day chartered car, the maximum daily usage time is 10 hours (including standby waiting time), and the maximum daily mileage is 250 kilometers. For departure or end locations outside Osaka and Kyoto city areas, the time required to return to the garage from other locations needs to be deducted.
- Chartered Car Route: You can freely customize the itinerary. If you are unsure, you can refer to the suggested routes in the itinerary.
- Service Time Range: 08:00 - 20:00 (If you need to use the service between 22:00 and 06:00, please indicate this in the order for customer service to confirm. An additional night service fee will be charged). In addition, if you need to start/end the trip outside Osaka & Kyoto city, you will need to deduct the round-trip time to the garage.
- Please note that overtime charges will still be calculated based on the actual overtime, due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic congestion. It is recommended to reserve flexible time when planning the itinerary.
- The driver will assist in providing itinerary suggestions, but the driver is not a professional tour guide and can only provide simple introductions in the car. They cannot accompany you for guided tours when you arrive at attractions. Thank you for your understanding.
- To ensure you have enough time to visit and enjoy the tour, passengers can communicate with the driver at any time on the day of the trip to adjust the itinerary. It is recommended to reserve sufficient time when planning the itinerary, and please include travel time in the itinerary design to avoid exceeding the chartered car service time, which will require additional overtime fees.
- If the usage time exceeds 10 hours, the additional charge is 4,000 yen per 30 minutes (over 30 minutes is calculated as 1 hour), which should be paid to the driver in Japanese yen cash at the end of the trip.
- Driver Language: Chinese/Japanese (other languages can be supported with translation)
- Multi-day tours are consecutive chartered car services for two days or more, with accommodation in locations such as Miyama/Amanohashidate/Ine. Accommodation and parking must be arranged for the driver in advance. Please provide the daily itinerary after booking. If there is any change in accommodation location, please assist in notifying us 2 days before departure.
