[Regarding entrance tickets] Entry fees for Byodo-in Temple, The Tale of Genji Museum, Todai-ji Temple, Kasuga Taisha Shrine, and Genji no Yu hot spring are not included. [Regarding the Uji Area]
In the Uji area, you can freely choose two types of activities: 1. A full Uji tour (4.5 hours) 2. Uji (1.5 hours) + hot spring. Important information for guests visiting Genji no Yu hot spring: On the day of the visit, guests must walk to Keihan Uji Station in advance, which takes about 15 minutes. Please be on time to board the shuttle bus at 13:30 to Genji no Yu hot spring, the ride is approximately 30 minutes. The hot spring experience will last for 1 hour at Genji no Yu, allowing you to enjoy complete relaxation and comfort. After the hot spring experience, you will take the return shuttle bus at 15:10, arriving at Keihan Uji Station around 15:40, concluding the enjoyable hot spring trip. Please ensure you arrive at Keihan Uji Station on time to avoid missing the shuttle bus. [Regarding the tour schedule]
According to Japanese law, Japanese drivers cannot work more than 10 hours per day (including entering and exiting the garage). The tour guide may adjust the tour sequence and duration appropriately based on the traffic and on-site conditions of the day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Each tourist can bring one standard piece of luggage for free. Please note this in the “Special Needs” section when placing your order. If you bring luggage temporarily without prior notice, it may cause insufficient space in the car, affecting the safety and comfort of others. This tour is a group tour and you cannot leave the group midway or depart early. If you leave the group midway on your own, the remaining itinerary will be deemed as automatically forfeited and no refund will be given. Any problems or costs incurred as a result will be borne by you. [Regarding arrangements after the tour]
As the end time of the tour may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as weather and traffic, the above time is for reference only. It is recommended that you do not arrange other tight itineraries (such as flights, performances, appointments) on the same day. We will not be liable for any losses caused by delays.
