Depending on booking conditions, members of the same group may not be seated together. Requests for specific seats will not be accepted. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. No refunds will be given, even if customers do not enter the attraction for their own reasons. If you are planning other activities around the tour on the same day, or if you are traveling from Kyoto, Hiroshima, or other locations to participate in the tour, please allow plenty of time. Please note that if the following events are in progress when you arrive, you may have to wait to be seated: Sumo matches, Makuuchi wrestlers’ ring-entering ceremony (dohyoiri), Yokozuna ring-entering ceremony, wrestlers’ stamping ceremony, or the Sumo Association’s address (on the final day of the tournament). If this occurs, you will be taken to your seat after the event. Only one child aged 0-3 years old can participate free of charge per adult. Sumo tournaments do not provide seating for them, and they will need to sit on the lap of their parents or guardians. Age is based on the age on the day of participation (if a seat is required, please book at the adult price). Please note that there are no coin lockers or luggage storage services inside the venue, so please leave large luggage in lockers at other locations in advance, or minimize the amount of luggage you bring. All travel participants under the age of 18 must provide written parental permission. Participants under the age of 15 or who have not yet enrolled in junior high school must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the trip. Day trips do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. There are specific risks and dangers associated with outdoor activities and high-risk sports. You must assess your own health or ability.
