- There is no tour guide on the bus. Passengers are welcome to download the Okinawa FunPASS APP and enter the serial number: 875146795599 to listen to the audio guide of each attraction.
- Please arrive at the meeting point before 12:10, and identify the Okinawa FunPASS logo on the bus body or windshield. Please show the QR code before getting on the bus. After the driver verifies the list and confirms, you can get on the bus.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the departure time of each attraction. In order to avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, you will not be able to board after the time limit. No refunds will be given to those who are late.
- Each passenger must prepare a QR CODE voucher before boarding.
- The fee includes: parking fee, toll fee, consumption tax and the driving insurance provided by the supplier (if you purchase a ticket package, it includes the night admission ticket fee for the Southeast Botanical Gardens Illumination Show).
- The one-day tour without ticket package is a simple shuttle sightseeing bus and [does not include] attraction tickets, tour guide, meal expenses and other personal expenses.
- One-day tour with ticket package admission ticket: Please present the QR CODE on the bus at the ticket office, and enter after the staff scans and confirms.
- Luggage restrictions: Each passenger can bring one 29-inch luggage on the bus
- Food and beverage restrictions: Drinking water and beverages are allowed on the bus, but eating is prohibited.
- The closest toilet to the meeting point is in the Ryubo Department Store at the back.
- This itinerary cannot change the bus stops. The actual stop/departure time may be adjusted according to road conditions. Please refer to the driver's hand-held sign.
- Children aged 0-3 (inclusive) are free of charge if they do not occupy a seat.
- Each adult can bring one infant under 3 years old free of charge without occupying a seat. If the child needs a seat, please purchase a seat ticket for the child.
- If there are children who do not occupy a seat, please notify us after ordering. If you do not notify us in advance, you may not be able to board the bus. (Notification mail: okinawa.fontrip@gmail.com)
