Find the boarding point at the Gustav III statue meeting point to get on the boat. Headphones with Chinese commentary are available on board, and the riverbank scenery is incredibly beautiful.
It was an enjoyable one-hour boat trip. However, the boarding location is at the stop in front of the palace, and since there are several operators, you'll need to ask people while showing them your virtual ticket.
we arrived at the pick up point, but the people in the booth said the activity is cancelled. I already reached out to the costumer service, they said I need to present proof of cancellation, which I was not provided with. how do I get a refund? I booked for 3 people.
