Surfing Lesson at Legian Beach in Bali

it’s actually my second time doing surfing with Robbie and Jones. they are absolutely amazing and helpful, encouraged me along the way and constantly helping me through my surfing techniques improvements.

If you really want to be one with the beach and ocean and experience thrill and adventure, this is it! Was a very memorable surfing experience with experienced instructors who taught us step by step on how to surf and precautions (eg don't jump off and land on feet as the water is shallow and might be bad for ankle). They took good care of us by ensuring we were positioned well to surf and gave cues on when we can start to surf. After the lesson, they also took care of our belongings as we continued to play in the ocean. Bonus is that they also take amazing pictures + took care of my friend who had a toe cramp. Would highly recommend!

Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The one star I'm deducting is because we chose a full moon date. The full moon affected the tides, resulting in very irregular and aggressive waves today, making it difficult for beginners to surf.If you are a new hand, remember to choose a time when it's not a full moon to surf. Instructor Jones is humorous, his lessons are fun, and he ensures your safety. However, I think it would be better if the organization provided knee pads and other protective gear, because many beginners injure their knees when they fall while surfing, often kneeling forward. My friends have all injured their knees from surfing, so please try to lie back as much as possible when you fall while surfing to protect your knees. Finally, the instructor will take some candid photos of you; they're great. After surfing, you can enjoy the sunset. Today was a wonderful day, and I'll definitely come back to Bali to surf again.

looks easy but this humbled me HAHAH but very very fun and 10/10 would repeat when im back in bali! the instructor taught me alot. recommend to take 1 instructor to 1 student and the 2hrs lesson so you’ll have plenty of play time! the owner and instructors were very accommodating. didnt give up on me and were very encouraging. highly recommend!! especially if you want a lesser crowd in legian beach compared to at kuta beach. both beaches good for beginners!

This itinerary is perfect for those looking to experience surfing. The beach has a gentle slope, allowing you to touch the ground, which provides a sense of security for beginners. The instructors also offered great emotional support. Jones took some fantastic photos and videos of me. Highly recommended!

The kids were up in less than an hour. It was a very beneficial time. I absolutely recommend 1:1 lessons~ Instructor: Surfing masters teach you. Experience: They teach beginners well so they can learn easily. Location: It is located at a suitable wave point on Kuta Beach. They also lend you sunscreen and give you cool water when you finish. They also keep your valuables for you.

They sent a confirmation message via WhatsApp the day before regarding the lesson time and location, and the pick-up and drop-off service was convenient. The instructor was very friendly and explained things easily, so even beginners could easily learn to surf, and the lesson was conducted safely. Thanks for filming the surfing scenes and sending them via WhatsApp. I highly recommend this program.

amazing fun, great value, the instructors were great, it’s more tiring than it looks!! we booked private lessons for 2 hours and was so good we immediately booked more lessons when we finished!

The class started at 1 PM due to the waves. They taught me diligently and helped me for 2 hours. It was my first time surfing, but I was able to stand up quickly! I was very scared at first, but I got used to it quickly. Thank you for the pickup and the bottled water. It was so much fun~~!
