[Pre-trip Information]

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as being late, getting lost, or feeling unwell), you will not be able to get a refund. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a group tour with a fixed route. You will need to share a ride with other passengers throughout the journey, and you cannot stop at will outside of the scenic spots.
• Depending on the number of people in the group on the day, a small car model with a driver as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff throughout the process (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary rhythm, and the driver will focus on driving, and the explanation content will be relatively simple).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. If there are delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to take a flight on the same day should be cautious when registering, or reserve sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For extra parts, you can pay JPY 2000/piece to the driver and guide on the spot. Please be sure to make a note when placing an order. If you do not inform in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 and pregnant women: Request and sign a disclaimer from the staff’s email jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.
• Due to climate change, the time when the maple leaves turn red may be advanced or delayed. Once the group is formed, refunds or complaints about the itinerary will not be accepted on the grounds that the maple leaves are not red. Please be aware of this.
• Regarding the flowering period, the flowering period may be advanced or delayed due to the climate and other conditions of the year. In this case, the itinerary fee will not be refunded.

• In order to maintain the cleanliness of the carriage, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
