[Safety and Insurance] Due to the inherent risks associated with activities such as skiing and snow play, all participants (including minors, who must be the responsibility of their guardians) are requested to assess their physical condition and risks. It is recommended to purchase personal accident insurance and property loss insurance covering snow sports before departure to ensure travel safety.

[Pre-Departure Notice] We will send a pre-departure notice between 20:00–21:00 (Japan time) on the night before departure. The notice will include the tour guide’s contact information, driver information, meeting point map, and important reminders. Please be sure to check your inbox (including spam folder). During peak seasons, there may be slight delays in receiving the email. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive multiple notices, please refer to the latest one.

[Seating Arrangement] This tour involves shared transportation (group tour), and seats will be arranged according to the order of check-in. We will do our best to accommodate your seating preferences. If you have any special requests, please indicate them in the “Special Requests” section when placing your order; however, the final arrangement will be at the discretion of the tour guide on-site. [About Group Tours] This tour is a group tour, and fellow travelers may be from different countries or speak different languages. We welcome you to experience diverse cultures with an open mind and enjoy the fun of international exchange.

[Meeting Time] Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. As this is a shared transportation tour, the vehicle will depart on time. We are unable to wait for latecomers and no refunds will be given. If any losses or additional costs are incurred due to lateness, the traveler will be responsible for them. [Force Majeure] In the event of itinerary delays due to force majeure factors such as weather or traffic, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary sequence according to the on-site situation, or shorten or cancel some stops as appropriate to ensure safety. We will do our best to provide you with the best experience. Thank you for your understanding and tolerance.

[Baggage Regulations] Each traveler may bring 1 standard-sized piece of luggage free of charge. If you have luggage, please indicate it in the “Special Requests” section when registering. If you bring luggage without prior notice, it may result in insufficient space in the vehicle, affecting the safety and comfort of others. The tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no fees will be refunded.

[Vehicle Arrangement] We will arrange a suitable vehicle (business car/midibus/bus) according to the actual number of participants. We are unable to specify the vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.

[Leaving the Group Mid-Tour] This tour is a group activity. Leaving the group mid-tour or early departure will be regarded as voluntary abandonment, and no refunds will be given. If any problems or expenses arise as a result, the traveler will be responsible for them.

[End Time of Tour] The end time of the tour may vary due to weather, traffic, and other factors. The times listed are for reference only. We advise you not to arrange tight schedules (such as return flights, performances, appointments, etc.) on the same day. Our company will not be responsible for any losses caused by delays.

[About Lunch] This tour does not include meals. You can have lunch at restaurants in or around the ski resort, or you can bring your own simple meal.
