Basically, ski equipment rental does not require a reservation, but if the size you need is not available on site, you will need to wait on site.

*If you need a size other than the above, you will need to pay separately, which varies depending on the ski equipment rental store you use (pay on site). *If you rent from a ski equipment rental store other than the designated one, you will need to pay separately, which is not included in the price of this product, please be aware. *Ski equipment rental for elementary school students and younger is not included in this product, and you will need to pay and rent separately at the ski equipment rental store on site (cannot be reserved / pay on site). *A daily insurance fee of 1,000 yen will be charged separately on site when renting ski equipment, please be aware.

[Reservation - Arrival at Ski Resort]
The bus meeting and departure point is "Tokyo Marunouchi Kajibashi Parking Lot". Please refer to the itinerary for the location.

★After meeting and checking in, the staff will issue you a bus ticket and lift ticket exchange coupon related to the itinerary. Please confirm that the contents are correct before departure and keep them safe. If you have any questions, please contact the operator. ★Depending on the number of applicants, buses from other travel agencies that provide ski services may be used. If this happens, the parking location and time for the outbound and return trips will be adjusted. You will be notified by email from one week to the day before departure, please be aware. ・When meeting in Tokyo, the bus will depart on time, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point in advance and do not be late. ・For all ski bus trips, the outbound and return buses are different. Please take all your belongings with you when you get off the bus and do not leave anything on the bus. ・After the bus arrives at Hakuba Iwatake Ski Resort, please check your valuables before getting off the bus. ・If you need to rent ski equipment, you can rent it at the rental shop in the ski resort (cannot be reserved). ・Ski equipment cannot be exchanged once rented, and you will need to pay again to rent it after returning it, please be aware. ・Afterwards, you can go to Hakuba Iwatake Ski Resort and enjoy skiing. At the lift ticket exchange counter at the ski resort, use the exchange coupon to exchange it for a lift ticket.

・Please check the return bus time, return the rented ski equipment in advance, pack your luggage, and wait for the bus to arrive at the designated location. ・The arrival time of the bus may be delayed due to local road conditions and weather. ・Please pay attention to the instructions of the local staff and do not get on the wrong bus or be late.
