[Tohoku Day Trip] Ginzan Onsen & Zao Snow Monsters & Special Lunch | Departure from Sendai

From February 20th to March 1st, due to cable car reservation times, lunch cannot be arranged on the day and will be changed to free lunch. We apologize for the inconvenience.

• Please wait at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Late arrivals will be regarded as no-shows and no refunds will be given. Please be aware.
• In winter, depending on the weather conditions, snow scenes may not be visible at every tourist attraction.
• The Zao snow monsters may be slightly earlier or later depending on weather conditions, and there is a possibility that they cannot be viewed. After the itinerary is formed, it will proceed as usual regardless of the snow monster situation. Please be aware.
• If a reservation cannot be made for the Zao Ropeway, you will instead take the Zao Chuo Ropeway.
• If the ropeway is suspended due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, the itinerary will be changed to a foot bath experience in Zao Onsen town, and the ropeway fee of 3,000 yen will be refunded. Please be aware.
• Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people on the trip. When there are few people on the tour, a driver and attendant will be arranged to provide full travel services. No tour leader will be assigned, and you are free to visit the attractions after arrival. Please be aware.
• Bus seats are subject to on-site allocation and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.
• Bus seats and restaurant seats used during the experience itinerary may be shared with other members of the group, depending on the arrangements made by the tour leader and facilities on the day.
• Meal content may be adjusted due to restaurant ingredients and other factors on the day, and the on-site situation will prevail.
• On the day of the itinerary, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled due to road conditions and other factors. The arrival time may also be greatly delayed. Please be aware.
• The Ginzanso Onsen shuttle bus needs to be arranged by yourself, and the amount is 1,000 yen. If there is a significant increase, there may be an additional charge on site.
• The itinerary order is for reference only and may be adjusted according to the cable car reservation time. Thank you for your understanding.
• In order to cooperate with the Zao Ropeway reservation time, lunch may not be provided and will be changed to a free meal. The meal fee will be refunded separately. Thank you for your understanding.
