- As a friendly reminder, traffic jams are common on weekends and holidays. Please note that Japanese law stipulates that bus drivers' working hours cannot be exceeded. Therefore, the length of time spent at attractions may be adjusted according to the road conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- If the number of applicants for the English or Chinese tour is less than 10, the service will be provided through an app. Please understand and agree to this before participating.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the rest of the itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers. We will not contact you in advance, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time.
- Bus arrival may be delayed due to road conditions. Please note that no guarantees are provided in the event of termination of transportation services. In this case, the fee for canceling the trip on the day will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
- Activities included with your admission ticket are snow tires, bubble balls, fat tire snow bikes, snow soccer, and the observation deck. Snow rafting, mini snowmobiles, and four-wheeled snowmobiles are available for an additional fee.
- Bus arrival may be delayed due to road conditions. Please note that no guarantees are provided in the event of termination of transportation services. In this case, the fee for canceling the trip on the day will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
- Delays may occur due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances, which may result in the cancellation of some attractions or affect the time spent visiting each attraction. Thank you for your understanding.

- Passengers can bring one suitcase each (not exceeding 30kg) to be stored in the bus trunk. The depth/height/width of each piece of luggage should not exceed 155cm. Please do not store valuables in the bus trunk. The company will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage stored in the bus trunk.
