- Departure from Group: If you choose to leave the group during the trip, the unfinished portion will be deemed as a voluntary abandonment. Only unused expenses will be refunded, and transportation fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Return Trip Reminder: We do not recommend booking return flight/train tickets for the same day the tour concludes, as there may be traffic jams or other special circumstances.
- Discount Policy: Active duty military personnel, veterans, police officers, Xinjiang aid cadres, people with disabilities, university students, children under 1.2 meters in height, and holders of other discount certificates, please inform the sales representative or tour manager when booking and bring the relevant certificates with you during the trip (if you do not bring the certificates, we will be unable to assist you in purchasing special discount tickets).
- Other Instructions: During the trip, if scenic spots are closed due to force majeure factors and normal visits are not possible, the two parties will negotiate to cancel or replace the scenic spot according to the actual situation, and the price difference will be refunded or supplemented on-site.
- Pre-Trip Reminder: You will receive a departure notification call or WeChat message from the travel agency's tour manager or driver before 22:00 (10:00 PM) on the day before departure. Please pay attention to it and keep your phone accessible. If you do not receive any notification after 22:00 (10:00 PM), please contact the sales representative who took your booking in time.
- The reference hotels listed in this contract may not be available due to seasonal factors, room availability restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances. If it is necessary to change hotels, the travel agency will confirm the final hotel with the tourist before departure. The specific hotel for your stay is subject to the final confirmation. The travel agency promises that the environment and overall evaluation of the replacement hotel will not be lower than the reference hotel standards agreed upon in the contract. However, the travel agency is not liable for breach of contract caused by factors beyond its control for hotels outside the reference list.
- "If you want to choose horse riding as an optional activity during the trip, please choose a qualified horse team in the scenic spot. However, the travel agency does not recommend tourists who cannot ride horses to choose this activity. Horse riding has certain risks. Please be responsible for your own safety when riding. - The food in Xinjiang is heavily flavored, with a slightly heavier emphasis on salt and spiciness, and the portions are large. It is recommended to order small amounts multiple times when ordering.
- Meal Times: Due to the approximately 2-hour time difference between Xinjiang and the inland (but still using Beijing time), breakfast is generally around 8:30 AM, lunch is at 14:00-15:00 (2:00-3:00 PM), and dinner is around 20:00 (8:00 PM). Traveling consumes physical energy, so please bring your own snacks in advance.
