Admission & Viewing Guidelines
- Entry is permitted from 1 hour before the performance under the guidance of staff.
- Moving to seats other than the one booked is not allowed.
- Admission and viewing are not possible without a valid ticket. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued, so please keep them safe.
- Tickets must be retained at all times after admission. (Re-entry is not permitted without a ticket.)
- Photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming inside the venue are strictly prohibited to protect copyright. Any materials violating copyright will be deleted, and repeated violations may result in removal from the venue without ticket refund.
