[Pre-Trip Information]

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (lateness/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed route group tour. You will be sharing the ride with other passengers for the entire trip. Parking is not allowed at will outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver acting as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the trip (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace, and the driver will focus on driving, with relatively brief explanations).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. In the event of delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to take a flight on the same day should sign up with caution or allow sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For extra luggage, you can pay JPY 2,000/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a waiver of liability from the staff email jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.
• For travelers who choose a package including tickets, if the originally planned ride cannot be experienced due to weather factors or a large number of people in line, the itinerary will be adjusted to take the Zao Central Ropeway, and we will refund the corresponding price difference. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
• [Fox Village Visiting Tips] Fox Village is a privately operated facility with a limited number of visitors per day and is closed every Wednesday. Visits to Fox Village can only be arranged on the following dates: 2026/1/14, 1/17, 1/21, 1/28, 1/31, 2/4, 2/7, 2/11–2/14, 2/18, 2/21, 2/25–2/28. If it is not possible to visit due to park closures, visitor restrictions, or unconfirmed reservations, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit Shiroishi Castle or Ouchi-juku. We cannot specify or guarantee that you will be able to enter Fox Village.

[During the Trip]

• The stopover time at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly abide by the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. In the event of delays or partial itinerary changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Please understand the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any stains are caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the trip starts, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of departure from the group)
