These are not private buses for each group. There are many tourists in the scenic area. Please be sure to meet at the location designated by the tour guide to avoid getting lost. Do not lose any personal belongings on the environmental protection bus. During peak season, queues may occur frequently. Please follow the tour guide closely and do not leave the group without authorization.
- During peak season, there are many people at Tianmen Mountain, and there may be queues for ticket checking and transfers. Please be patient and wait. The tour guide will arrange for admission as soon as possible. Because Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area strictly implements real-name ticket purchases, tourists must bring their original ID card. Students over 18 years old must bring their student ID card. If you cannot pick up tickets and enter the park due to incomplete documents, you will need to repurchase tickets at the listed price.
- When the Glass Plank Road is closed for various reasons, the scenic area will not provide any compensation, and you must not force your way through! The Glass Plank Road is located on a cliff and is in a dangerous location. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, are intoxicated, or have other physical conditions that are not suitable for visiting, please do not attempt it.
