To ensure you have a pleasant and smooth trip, please take note of the following: 1. Assembly and Departure

• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to departure. The vehicle will depart on time, and no refunds or order changes will be provided for late arrivals. Thank you for your understanding.
• This tour features open seating. Please select your own seat upon boarding and use the same seat throughout the trip. If you wish to sit in the front, please board early to choose your seat. 2. Transportation and Itinerary Adjustments
• According to Japanese law, buses may not operate for more than 10 hours per day. In the event of traffic congestion or other special circumstances, the tour guide will adjust the duration of stay at attractions or replace parts of the itinerary as appropriate. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 3. Meals and Special Groups
• This tour does not include lunch. You may bring your own simple meal or arrange your own dining during free time.
• Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and other special groups are not recommended to participate. Some attractions or suppliers reserve the right to refuse service. Your understanding is appreciated.
• Passengers arriving or departing on the same day will not be able to participate in the tour. 4. Children and Luggage Regulations
• Infants aged 0-2 who do not require a seat can join free of charge (please indicate this in the reservation notes). Children aged 3 and above are charged the same as adults.
• If a seat for a child is not specified in advance, boarding may not be possible if seats are insufficient on the day, and no refund will be provided.
• Each adult can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when booking. If luggage is added on the day, it may not be possible to accommodate it due to limited space inside the vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.
• This tour does not provide child safety seats. 5. Flower Season and Attraction Conditions
• Flower season tours are greatly affected by the weather, and optimal flower conditions cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding if the flowers are not in full bloom.
• If attractions are temporarily closed or it is a national holiday, the itinerary may be adjusted or shortened. Thank you for your understanding. 6. In-Vehicle and Safety Information
• Please fasten your seatbelt at all times during the journey. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Please do not litter and help maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings and be sure to check for any items left behind before disembarking.
• This tour does not allow participants to leave the group midway. If passengers leave the group on their own, it will be considered a waiver of the remaining itinerary, and no refund will be provided. Participants will be responsible for their own arrangements and risks thereafter. 7. Pre-Departure Reminders
• After your tour is confirmed, we will send the tour voucher to your email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder first or contact customer service for assistance.
• A tour reminder will be sent again the day before departure. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest email.
• The tour guide will not contact passengers in advance. If needed, you can exchange contact information with the tour guide on-site on the day of the tour. ⏳ Reminder: If you have tight return travel arrangements, we do not recommend participating in this tour on your last day to avoid delays to subsequent flights or itineraries due to weather or traffic conditions.
