Luggage Information

  • Every passenger can bring personal luggage without being charged an extra fee under the following conditions:
  • 1:Total weight under 10 kg
  • 2:Total volume under 0.027 cubic meters
  • 3:Total length under 1 meter
  • Your personal luggage may be restricted if it causes issues with vehicle configuration or transportation (e.g., blocking passages or emergency exits).

Eligibility

  • Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
  • Children(6 to 12 years old) ticket please purchase on site while visiting
  • Passenger under 6 years old will not be charged, however, taken up seats will be charged with Children price. If service reaches full capacity, please be aware that infant with no ticket may be denied from the service.

  • Before entering the transportation, tickets in paper form is required, please exchange your e-ticket into paper form at Japan Expressway Bus ticket reception in JR Osaka station or Minatomachi（OCAT）Bus Terminal.(Only displaying your e-ticket or QR code will be deny on entrance.)
  • The e-ticket can be exchanged starting from one month and one day before your entrance date at 10:00 a.m.E.g.)【Date of entrance: May 1st】→The day before: April 30th→a month beforehand→【Exchange date : March 30th】
  • ※There will be designated seat on the Expressway Bus. There are possibilities that service can be inaccessible due to full capacity. Especially on hectic period such as weekend and national holiday, please exchange your tickets as early as possible.
  • E-Tickets cannot be refunded at the ticket center if they were purchased through the internet or a travel agency. Please contact the respective retailer where the order was made for further assistance.
  • E-Tickets that have been exchanged for paper tickets cannot be refunded. If lost or stolen after the exchange, tickets cannot be reissued.
  • Please confirm your bus stop before departure and allow enough time to arrive. Please be aware that if you miss the bus, your ticket will be nullified, and refunds or changes will not be available.
  • Due to causes such as traffic or weather, delays may occur before arriving at the destination. Any extra expenses resulting from commuting or accommodation will not be refunded or reimbursed."
