3 Ticket Types and ID Requirements Children and teenagers under 16 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult and cannot be booked alone; if there are children under 12 years old or shorter than 1.35 meters, please inform us in advance; children aged 0–5 are not accepted.
4 Itinerary and Transportation Arrangements It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure location at least 30 minutes in advance. The doors will close 15 minutes before departure. All itineraries will depart on time. If tourists do not arrive on time, it will be regarded as a “NO SHOW” and no rescheduling or refunds will be given. In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure factors that cause changes to the itinerary or inability to enter attractions, adjustments may be made or the visit may be changed to an exterior view, subject to the final arrangements for the day. The order of the day’s tour is subject to the driver-guide’s arrangements. Each person’s luggage is limited to 14kg.
