[Transportation Guide]

1. Subway Travel: Take Shenzhen Metro Line 11 to [Airport North Station], transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 20 to [Convention & Exhibition City Station] and take any exit to reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World.
2. Self-driving Travel Navigate to [Qianhai Ice and Snow World]. It is easily accessible via the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Yanjiang Expressway, Shenzhen Outer Ring Expressway, etc.
3. Airport Travel (approximately 35 minutes) ①. Subway: Transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 11 [Airport Station], transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 20 at [Airport North Station] to [Convention & Exhibition City Station] and take any exit to reach Sunac Ice and Snow World. ②. Bus: M387: Take the bus at Gate 16, 2nd Floor, Airport GTC → Get off at “Convention & Exhibition City Metro Station” → Walk 255 meters to arrive directly M527: Take the bus at the same platform → Get off at “Shafu Yuxiu Road Intersection Station” → Walk 618 meters
4. Train Travel (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes) After arriving in Shenzhen, transfer to the subway at each train station, transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 20 via Metro Line 11 → [Convention & Exhibition City Station] and take any exit to reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World. 5. Hong Kong Transportation Route ①. Driving (approximately 31 minutes): Starting from [Shenzhen Bay Port], you can reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World via Dongbin Tunnel and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Yanjiang Expressway. ②. High-speed rail (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes): Take the high-speed rail from [Hong Kong West Kowloon] Station to [Futian Station], then transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 11 to [Airport North Station], and transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 20 to [Convention & Exhibition City Station] and take any exit to reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World. ③. 6. Macau Transportation Route ①. Driving (approximately 1 hour and 41 minutes): Starting from [Gongbei Port], you can directly reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World via Xianghai Expressway, Western Coastal Expressway, Guangzhou-Macau Expressway, Shencen Expressway, and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Yanjiang Expressway. ②. By boat: Ⅰ. [Shenzhen Airport Terminal] Take a boat from Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal & Taipa Ferry Terminal in Macau to Shenzhen Airport Terminal, and take a taxi from the airport terminal to Qianhai Ice and Snow World. (Approximately 1 hour and 33 minutes) Ⅱ. [Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Home Port] Take a boat from Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal & Taipa Ferry Terminal in Macau to Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Home Port, transfer to Metro Line 12 [Prince Bay Station], then take a bus to [Nanshan Station], transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 11 to [Airport North Station], and transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 20 to [Convention & Exhibition City Station] and take any exit to reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World. Bus (approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes): Walk from Gongbei Port to Gongbei Tongda Bus Passenger Station and go to Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport (a bus every hour). [Precautions]

1. Booking notice: The snow field implements a real-name admission system. The visitor’s information must be consistent with the documents filled in during the reservation. A valid ID document is required on the day of the visit, and the ID document will be verified upon entry.
2. Regular admission process: ① Snow card collection - Please go to the self-service card collection machine or ticket window with the ticket collection string and valid ID document to collect the snow card. ② Ticket verification and admission - Enter the snow field at the gate with your valid ID document and snow card for verification. ③ Snow suit and snow shoe collection - Guests who purchase tickets including equipment should go to the snow suit counter to collect snow shoes and snow suits and change clothes. ④ Snow gear collection - Guests who purchase ski tickets including equipment, please go to the snowboard counter to collect snowboards, helmets and other ski equipment after changing clothes. ⑤ Enter the cold zone and start a happy snow trip.
3. Overtime fee description: The snow field’s timing starts from the time the card is swiped at the gate and ends when exiting the gate. If the time exceeds the ticket type time, it will be regarded as overtime. No additional fee will be charged for the first 30 minutes of overtime, and then an overtime fee will be charged for every half hour exceeding (less than half an hour is calculated as half an hour). The overtime fee refers to the price published at the ticket office.
4. Other matters: ① Please keep your ticket collection string, QR code and other ticket information safe. If you disclose or lose your ticket information due to personal reasons, resulting in your inability to collect tickets and enter the venue normally, you will need to purchase another ticket to enter the venue. ② Please keep your snow card safe. If you lose it accidentally, you will need to pay the corresponding card replacement fee at the store price to reissue the snow card.
