- Tourists should ensure they are in good health and capable of completing the itinerary; individuals under 2 years old or over 75 years old, those with cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular, hearing, or vision impairments, those unsuitable for long-distance travel, or those with pre-existing medical conditions and physical disabilities are not suitable to participate. Any consequences arising from concealment will be borne by the tourist.
- The scenic area implements a real-name ticketing system. Please use your ID card to enter the scenic area and carry it with you throughout the trip. Any losses incurred due to forgetting or losing it, such as inability to visit or check into hotels, will be borne by the tourist.
- Any personal, property, or itinerary losses caused by public transportation will be borne by the tourist. If a refund is requested after departure, and after negotiation, any unspent fees will be refunded normally. If the tourist's itinerary changes due to reasons not attributable to our agency, we will not compensate for the reduced portion, and any increased costs will be borne by the tourist.
- Before traveling, please understand the weather and geographical conditions of the destination and prepare common warm clothing, heatstroke prevention, sun protection, rain gear, and common medicines. Please pay attention to personal and property safety during the trip (getting on/off the vehicle, during travel, in hotels, in scenic areas, and at dining spots). Scenic areas often include dangerous areas such as steep slopes, dense forests, cliff paths, rapid currents, and deep caves. Please pay attention to warning signs and do not venture into dangerous areas.
- During the itinerary, rest stops and restrooms will be provided along the way. Please proactively pay with small change. This includes post-meal breaks, hotel breaks, and any free activity time indicated in the itinerary. During these times, tourists are responsible for their own property and personal safety. Please be careful and do not participate in activities that violate national laws or are otherwise inappropriate.

Any safety issues that occur after leaving the group are unrelated to the travel agency.
- Our agency has purchased insurance for tourists during the itinerary. If a tourist experiences an accidental personal safety incident during the itinerary, our agency will assist the tourist in applying for insurance services from the insurance company. The specific compensation amount will be based on the insurance policy.

- In remote areas of Xiangxi, most tourist attractions have many mountains and forks in the road. Do not go out alone casually. When going out, you should consult with the guide before acting. Light clothing is recommended. The weather has been unpredictable recently, with occasional showers, so you should always carry rain gear. This itinerary involves a long time in the car, and some areas have poor road conditions, so those who often get motion sickness should prepare relevant medicines. Zhangjiajie and most attractions are special no-smoking zones; you should ask the guide before smoking.
- Since 2009, Hunan Province has proposed the construction of the "Blue Sky and Clear Water Project," advocating energy conservation and environmental protection. Some hotels in the province may not provide free disposable toiletries, so please bring your own.
