we really loved the tour — jayden was an engaging guide, imparting nuggets of information with a side of humor. the flow of the tour was well-organized; we were able to understand the correlation in activities / crafts beginning from temple to workshop. would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to understand the significance / meaning behind the age-old practices (that are actually not linked to religious beliefs)
Highly recommend this Klook tour for families! Witnessing the dedication of the skillful artisans up close and learning about the intricate paper crafts of Chinese funerals was eye-opening! Huge thanks to our guide, Jayden, who was exceptional … knowledgeable, patient, and keeps the entire trip engaging from start to finish. We left with a much deeper appreciation for this dying art form.
stumbled this tour via culturepass website and we loved it! love how Jayden explained more in depth on how differ dialect groups view on things. also, would definitely recommend this tour as we got to explore behind the scenes of how chinese traditional papercrafts were built and the meaning behind it
Our guide, Jayden, was patient and knowledgable, making the your both enjoyable and engaging. it offered valuable insightful into Chinese paper craft culture, giving us a glimpse of traditions that might soon be lost.
Highly recommended. A tour to better understand the dying art of providing for the dead, as well as the cultural stories behind rituals.
tour guide gave us very clear and in depth introduction to the tour, very friendly and approachable.
From start to finish, my experience with Hey Lad Tour was exceptional. Jayden is passionate, knowledgeable, and clearly rooted in Singapore’s culture. I loved how the itinerary wove together heritage, art, and local traditions in a way that’s immersive yet accessible.
Guide was funny and knowledgeable. Highly recommended :)
