Tour Group and Vehicle Arrangement Minimum group size: 5 people. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation 1 day before departure. Vehicle arrangement: 10-seater / 14-seater vehicle (adjusted according to the number of registered participants, specific vehicle type cannot be specified). Driver and tour guide: For vehicle types with 14 seats or less, a Chinese-speaking driver also serves as the tour guide, who can provide simple explanations in the vehicle but does not provide guided tours after getting off the vehicle. Passenger calculation: Infants and children must also be included in the number of passengers. Please confirm in advance. Child seats are not provided for this activity. Please be aware. Itinerary Arrangement and Changes The itinerary time will be adjusted according to the actual situation of the day. In case of traffic jams, bad weather, etc., the tour guide may adjust the order of attractions or reduce part of the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding. Joining a group tour means you cannot leave the group or leave early. If you leave the group midway, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that occur during the subsequent itinerary. Seasonal limited-time activities (cherry blossom viewing, autumn leaves, fireworks, illuminations, etc.) are greatly affected by the weather, and the best viewing period cannot be guaranteed. If no official cancellation notice is received, the original plan will be followed, and no refunds will be given due to the flowering period being less than expected. Once the meeting location is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Fees and Additional Charges The tour does not include lunch. The driver can provide dining suggestions, and travelers can make their own arrangements within the specified time. If you need to charter a vehicle for a private tour, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to arrange it. The total duration of the itinerary must not exceed 10 hours.
