- If the dolphin watching tour is canceled due to weather or other reasons, we will refund the following fees: ¥4,000 for adults, ¥3,000 for junior high school students, and ¥2,000 for elementary school students.
- As these are wild dolphins, you may not see them. In this case, no refund will be given, but you will receive a re-challenge voucher valid for one year.
